I downloaded the appxbundle file by copying the link to the app from the Microsoft Store and pasting it to this website more errors than success but finally success. Here is what I came up with on my own after much trial and error. Microsoft does not support installing APPXBUNDLEs during Operating System Deployment, if they did, it would have been much easier. Other than telling me I need to install it after the computer was imaged. I contacted Dell, they were no real help.
